Health Benefits of Vitamin B12 - too many to count...
Aging and Life Extension, yes indeed B-12 has anti-aging properties but unfortunately the bodies ability to absorb Vitamin B12 declines with age so supplementing 500 - 1,000 micrograms per day is imperative!
